Journal Article 2012 05 14 Due to its practical nature defining the role of values in methodology of management studies as a social sciences discipline is of particular importance. Thus, it seems that exploring different aspects of this problem faces Islamic management researchers with a new research direction. The findings of this study, which was performed in an analytical – descriptive method, showed that in the first step of research, values assist social sciences researchers in the identification of problem, establishment of related intellectual framework and prioritizing different aspects of study. Also, because of the practical nature of management and the fact that managers could not be devoid of values, this scientific discipline has been more influenced by values. Moreover, there is plenty of evidence that assert the importance of the role of values ​​in management. Islamic values have been constructed in a systematic approach and hence, writer of this paper suggested that for strengthening their research capacity, Islamic management researchers should use these findings in order to provide the basis for emerging Islamic management theory in the light of a systematic study of values برای تولید علوم انسانی اسلامی با هر رویکردی باید از قرآن استفاده کرد. به خصوص رویکردهایی که با تولید نظریه درصدد تولید علوم انسانی اسلامی هستند، یعنی تولید علم با استفاده از قرآن در مقام گرد‌آوری، ساخت فرضیه، نظریه‌پردازی،... بیشتر نیاز به استفاده از آیات قرآن دارند. اما با چه روشی می‌توان در مقام نظریه‌پردازی از قرآن استفاده کرد؟ به عبارت دیگر چگونه می‌توان از قرآن به نظریه‌پردازی نائل شد؟ مکانیسم و سازوکار نظریه‌پردازی از قرآن چیست؟ برای پاسخگویی به این سؤال بین سه روش تفسیر موضوعی، تحلیل محتوا و مبناشناسی ترکیب کرده‌ام و به مدل ترکیبی روش‌شناختی که آن را «روش مبناشناسی» (روش‌ شناخت مبانی جامعه) نامیده‌ام، دست یافتم. این تحقیق درصدد است ضمن توضیح هر یک از این سه روش، به مدلی ترکیبی برای نظریه‌پردازی در مطالعات انسانی ـ اسلامی  از قرآن دست یابد. https://method.rihu.ac.ir/article_191_ba2af6891cc132860097c0c70b1e4114.pdf
