First, it attempts to provide a straightforward overview of those branches of science studies that enable us to investigate various aspects of the complex phenomenon of science and to manage it. Based upon the conceptual frameworks introduced, the paper then focuses on the notion of <em>scientific originality</em> and tries to pave the way for accounting for the nature and level of originality in a typical scientific system. All of these, in the end, lead to proposition of a package of suggestions about effective policy-making requirements for enhancing creativity and originality in scientific productions.   چکیده مقاله حاضر دو هدف عمده را تعقیب می‌کند. اول ارایه یک معرفی مختصر و سهل‌الوصول از آن شاخه‌هایی از قلمرو علم پژوهی که شناخت وجوه متنوع پدیدار پیچیده علم و مدیریت عالمانه آن را ممکن می‌سازند. در وهله دوم بر مفهوم <em>اصالت علمی</em> متمرکز می‌گردد و تلاش می‌کند، با توجه بر چارچوب‌های مفهومی فراهم آمده در مرحله پیشین، به ارایه تحلیلی از اصالت در تولیدات علمی و عوامل مؤثر بر کم و کیف آن بپردازد. هم‌چنین راه‌های تبیین میزان اصالت علمی موجود در یک نظام علمی را مورد بررسی قرار داده و در نهایت، به ارایه پیشنهاداتی در باب تمهیدات سیاست‌گذاری مؤثر برای افزایش خلاقیت و اصالت در تولیدات علمی می‌پردازد. https://method.rihu.ac.ir/article_446_c436c77401d494ca610d695139f4617b.pdf
