Despite what it may seem, some indicators show that during the last quarter of twentieth-century science has been in the state of stagnation and there is less news about big discoveries. However, this period has seen a vast increase in time and money spent on research as well as real augmentation in the number of scientists and articles. Moreover, due to the new tools, hardware, and software, there is a huge amount of data, from microphysics and astronomy to biology and social science, in the disposition of researchers. This article considers those indicators, asks of its causes, and concentrates on relationship between increase of data and development of science. It proposes that development of science depends on testable hypotheses, but massive data and considering more variants make the very act of hypothesizing more difficult. In other words, having more experimental backing does not always contribute to scientific progress, sometimes it becomes an obstacle.

This research, evaluating social knowledge identity in terms of methodology in Iran, showed that the knowledge suffers from dislocation and complexity. From one hand, the knowledge followed by the social scholars has fallen far from its production, reproduction and fixation roots in developed countries, and the scholars do not observe the processes of the knowledge formation and just regard the consequences or results of the social knowledge. On the other hand, the knowledge is not concerned with conducting social setting and infrastructure in Iran; because this effort needs elites’ support and public interest at the same time and the condition has not fulfilled yet. Data of the research were gathered relied on logical bases of qualitative research, interpretive approach and abductive strategy, and by conducting directed qualitative content analysis through multiple purposive sampling, and rhetorical reading of the performed interviews and also of the 55 works conducted by six participants of the research.

The purpose of this paper is to review the "research method" of research in the field of geography and urban planning. The method of this paper is to assess the structural validity of articles in the field of geography and urban planning. The results show that the most important method used in the field of geography and urban planning, which is "observation", and the most important tool, which is "survey", has been forgotten over time. Today, the imperfect form of quantitative methods in research has dominated. As a result, the expectation of producing knowledge based on the principles of methodology (paradigm, theory and method) is false. In the methodology of geography and urban planning of Iran; how to enter reality (the realities of a city include: social, physical and natural), the model of entering into reality (deductive or inductive), the method of measuring variables in the city (quantitative, qualitative or mixed).

When George Lycaf published the paper on social science in neuroscience and argued for some reason that argument is a subject of neurology, a new look has been made into other aspects of sociology, including political science. Cognitive science studies in the field of politics have made partially revealing the hidden dimensions of political politics in political action. These studies, although improving our understanding of the process of brain function in political action, island-wide examine political concepts in the brain. It has failed to give political power the power to predict. Thus, the need for new studies is based on a cognitive approach. In this study, the researchers sought to present a decision-making model of people with a cognitive approach to political action, and by conducting field studies and the Delphi method, they first identified and evaluated the components of the cognitive political marketing model and believed they achieved it.

The main purpose of this article is to obtain the viewpoints of the scholars of the Qom seminary using the "Grounded Theory Method". This research can answer two needs. First, Build Islamic and native approach in the social science is one of the needs of the country's scientific community, which can be achieved with Qualitative method of "Grounded Theory". Practical training Grounded Theory method is the basic purpose of this article. This method is very practical and today many thesis are written with the help of it. The method in this study has been used in the theories of scholars of Qom seminary. The present article attempts to describe all the steps of designing, executing, analyzing and formulating a research work in a complete and comprehensive way, with a simple statement. Four theories and models were made with using the method and interview technique with the scholars of the Qom seminary and finally, it was reduced to two theories. Thus, recognition Qom scholars' approach to modern technologies is another need that is discussed in this article.

This article addresses the role of Aristotelian thought and method in contract analysis, and how this analytical method has transferred to modern thought through Christian theologians, especially Thomas Aquinas and late scholastics. The purpose of this research is to raise this significant legal challenge for Iranian law and to address the experiences of Western law in this problem. The result of this research is that, contrary to the appearance of Western philosophy that shows the foundations of Aristotelian thought have been severely criticized and discarded since the seventeenth century, the framework of the teachings of contract law has been based on Aristotelian and Thomasian thought, and more so by late scholastics and the Spanish natural law school and in fact, intellectuals like Hugo Grossius have finalized these preliminary intellectual works. Meanwhile, the influence of Iranian and Islamic philosophy and thought in these teachings, through their influence on St. Thomas, is not deniable. I hope that the study of this article will make Iranian law faculties more aware of their difficult and significant task ahead, and that cultural and scientific policymakers will know that the law school is not a place just for the production of legal degrees for individuals and that its work is more significant than the work of medical school.
