Journal of Methodology of Social Sciences and Humanities (MSSH) is an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal published by Research Institute of Hawzah and University (RIHU), the leading research institute in Islamic Humanities and Social Sciences in Iran. MSSH has been established as the first scientific publication in the field of philosophy and methodology of social sciences and humanities in Iran to provide an intellectual platform for national and international researchers working on related issues. The journal has tried to study the issues and problems in this field with the help of specialists and researchers of the field and provide the ground for the growth and prosperity of discussions on philosophy and methodology of humanities and social sciences in the country. MSSH has started its activity since 1995 being published by the Department of Philosophy of Social Sciences and Humanities. The journal was founded in as a response to quick advancements in methodology and was dedicated to the publication of highest-quality research studies that report findings on issues of great concern to the profession of philosophy of science. To allow for easy and worldwide access to the most updated research findings, the journal is set to be an open-access journal. The Journal receives 4000000 Iranian Rial (IRR) for article processing charges from the authors. All other processes for paper publication are sponsored by RIHU Press.
