Being affected by various and sometimes paradoxical approaches, organizational and management studies has underwent serious changes that mostly is due to the changes in resources and the method of obtaining knowledge which are considered as unstable factors happening beside management and organizational studies. From mechanical and chaos approaches to positivistic and hermeneutics ones which caused basic changes in epistemology, ontology and methodology, all confirms that organizational and management studies are affected by changes mentioned above. The changes began when meaning found an especial position in inferring and interpreting social factor's behaviors. How these changes affect organizational and management studies is the question that this research was to find an answer for it. The research method is descriptive – analytic and used from first hand references.
