This article is an introduction to the study of “influence of religious teachings on management”. We address general levels of application of religious teachings in the various sciences and knowledge, then these steps deployed in the management areas. The focus was on “Organizational Culture” –as an important element in management- and applied these levels on it. For this, it was necessary to understand “culture” and its position in management as well as meaning of “organization” in light of Quran. Finally Islamic community dimensions were expressed and according to Quran, we listed Organizational culture dimensions.
