An Analysis of Some of the Common Statistical Errors in Behavioral Research

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze some of the common statistical errors in behavioral research. Thus, four types of common statistical errors in behavioral research, namely misuse of null hypothesis, false report of p value, not reporting the volume impact, and inflation of Type I error  have been conceptually studied. Additionally, methodological and practical considerations of the aforementioned errors have been discussed in detail.
