Organizational culture is a key feature in an organization, which shapes its real meaning. Human behavior in an organization can be understood and analyzed under the light of this feature. Organizational culture is analyzed and interpreted through various methodological paradigms, including functional – structural paradigms and even the type of phenomenology and Hermeneutics that tries to capture its conceptual and historical meaning. This paper first elaborates the impression of methodological Hermeneutics in Organizational culture and then tries to analyze it from a historical point of view toward Organizational culture, considering these methods and stressing semantic methods.
