The Islamic approach towards organizational clash” studies various standpoints about clash. Analyzing and comparing the word clash with contradiction and competition, the article presents a clear definition of them and approximates them to the Islamic sources. Refering to the glorious revelation, Quran and hadith, the present article outlines the Islam’s view towards the first understanding of this term, namely difference of opinion; and stresses how this could integrate growth and creativity. Investigating the view of Islam about the second understanding of clash and the type of its appropriate management, the article proposes a new research project
